DEPARTMENT OF ORAL MEDICINE & RADIOLOGY

Oral health is considered a mirror of the general physical health. Correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan is the key to a good quality dental treatment.

The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology functions with an aim to provide good quality patient care and student mentoring. Over the period of time the department has grown with better infrastructure and advanced diagnostic facility.

The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology is divided into Oral Medicine section and the Dento- Maxillofacial Radiology section.

The Oral Medicine section of the department first receives the patients to do a thorough clinical examination followed by necessary investigations in order to arrive at a suitable diagnosis and treatment plan.
